Automated Script for Checking PPPoE Client Status and send me an email

Hello Everyone,
I'm using Mikrotik for many years.
I have a VDSL connection (pppoe client) running. I contected my moden with bridge mode.
The problem with this VDSL is that during the day (not every day)i have disconnections.
So is there any script or someone help me to make this script to check the connection and when i have disconnections and after that send me an automated email?
