VPN Connection Block IP

Hello,
I have been looking at my RADIUS Log and I see a lot of TEST user login tries, I would never have a user named test open so I want to have a VPN profile that when a user named TEST that it would have a time out of 00:00:00 and run a script that adds the IP to a block list I have prerouting rules to drop everything from the list. I'm not sure this is possible and is kind of obscure, but seems like it would be good for stopping theses bots that are scraping the net trying the easy attacks.
