[QUESTION] Set GPS lat/lon without antenna

Mon Feb 18, 2019 10:09 pm

Hello everyone,

Sorry in advance for stupid question (newbie here):
Is it possible to manually set latitude/longitude values?

I have hAP router with gps package installed.
I find this topic viewtopic.php?t=136444, but stuck on step disabling console, because (I assume) there is no any port.
[admin@MikroTik] /system> console print
Flags: X - disabled, U - used, F - free
 # PORT TERM

So currently don't know what to do and does it actually possible to set lat/lon.

Thanks in advance and some info which may help.

You can't fake your location this way, no. GPS coordinates are read from the GPS chip, and are read only values.
