I'm a new one, working on Mikrotitk RB1100.
I have this issue, when a custommer get the timeout of using hotspot. They can't log in back to the wifi, but their devices still connect and can't access to the internet. So what should i do? Remove that IP with mac-address from router, and the custommer need to log it back?

have you turned off the dhcp server access point?
