Force Server Binding

Thu Jul 29, 2021 3:34 pm

Could someone point me in the direction of how to best force an incoming SSTP connection to use the SSTP Server Binding instead of creating an ad-hoc binding?

The issue we have is we have set up server bindings and assigned them to NAT firewall rules, however, we have noticed that if the Client loses connection it comes back on with an ad-hoc SSTP Server Binding and not the one that was specifically assigned, The workaround at the moment is to delete the ad-hoc binding at which time it then latches on to the one created for it.

I had the same problem in the past.
The solution for me was in the ppp profile. I ticked "only one" so a client can use only one connection at a time.
Once the connection drops, the client can connect only if the server connection is down, too. And the client will then use the server binding connection again.

Well done, thanks

It's the same thing I would have used as answer.
