How to Change password from the web(MT) for a hotspot user?

Sun Apr 20, 2008 5:08 pm

I want to set hotspot for my clients. I configured the hotspot system. My clients username and password is given with the add user box from winbox. When the users tries to login it opens a web browser where the user have to provide the username and password. But the problem is the user can’t change the password from there. How can I give access to the user to change the password without changing any other thing? (user should not access mikrotik configuration.)

Another query is I want to give the user to use internet for 100hours within 30 days. If 30 days over and the user haven’t finished his 100hours then also his time limit will reset automatically to zero hours without resetting anything of any other users. How can I do it?

regards.

Hi,
Right Now you can't Change the User Manager Page like Hotspot Login Page.
Mikrotik Will Allow us, but it will take some times...may be in some later version.
