Short answer: No.

You cannot stop any site from seeing your external IP address and, possibly, showing it to the user.

You can block 'whatismyip.com' in several ways:
* Add a static DNS entry which points nowhere
* Add firewall rules if you know its IP addresses

Both methods have disadvantages and/or workarounds.

Why don't you want your user to know which IP address they're connecting from?

because In Turkey it is hard to get 1GB internet connection.Only 1 Service provider gives it.We have ISP license and if service provider detects usage of that connection they stop it..
We want every site like "whatismyip.com" and it is not possible as I thought.....
blocking from firewall might be a solution as u mentioned.

I also thought to block it from external proxy.Maybe a solutşon....I should search more....

Thanks for the quick reply....
