RB433replacement

Fri May 12, 2023 5:51 am

I am looking for a solution to provide wireless internet in and an AP then wireless out to next site. Sites are off grid and will be solar powered. Anyone any ideas? I miss the RB433's they were so versatile.

A bit more context and details please ?

Wireless in: how ? I assume LTE ? How far from mobile antenna ? Expected speed ?
Local AP: how many clients ? Single band or dual band wifi ?
Wireless out again: how ? Point to Point ? Point to multipoint ? Distance ?

You'll get about the same on the RBM33G.
I assume we are talking about the retransmitter in an inaccessible place?
But I would suggest getting two ready-made devices with built-in antennas, like the LHG XL. Due to the high gain of the antennas you can reduce the output power of the transmitters, which will reduce the power consumption.
