Would like to check is it possible for hAP ax3 to manage cAP ax using the new capsman? Can both in build wifi on hAP ax3 and cAP ax provide same ssid and network?

AX3 can do that easily. Or the other way around (since cAP AX has the same processor platform and resources). Your choice.

Advise: there are some Wifi quirks for the moment with AX devices so you may experience problems (clients disconnecting, handshake timeout, ...).
But I am sure the wrinkles will be ironed out in one of the following versions.
If you can, stick to at most 7.8 and do not use WPA3 for now. It looks like most of the issues started with 7.9 (and 7.10beta).

Question:
if it's only for 1 AX3 and 1 cAP AX, why complicate your life and use capsman ?
2 single setups nicely adjusted to each other and be done with it.
Or is there another bigger picture ?

Thanks for the heads up. Both AX3 and cap ax is going to install at double storey warehouse. Was thinking using capsman to manage client roaming and wifi channel, there isn’t any benefit is it?

As long as both access points are going to be in same ip subnet and use same dhcp server etc., no real benefit.
