I'm looking to see if I should be using router 07 or cloud hosted router on vultr?

Can the routeros v7 do:
- firewalling / nat / port forwarding
- openvpn clients
- openvpn site to site
- ipsec site to site
- bgp (looking to announce IPs on vultr)

Also, with regard to setting up the VPN, The Network Berg has a video where he does just that on AWS, but you can extrapolate the pertinent config points to your use case.
