Here is my current setup:
Now I've bough starlink dish and want to integrate it somehow in my current network.
However due to apartments design I can't plug starlink dishy into HEX router. There is no way to route cable in that way.
So, the only option I have is to connect it to hap ax 2.
Second important thing, is following: I don't want to automatically switch between ISP and Starlink as I'll use starlink only in rare cases in case of power outages. So I'll bring my power station, power starlink with it and that's all.
Why ever to connect starlink into my network? Well, this is good question.
The position of starlink router is really bad, it so bad so I can't have good wifi signal from it. So I have to use my own wifi - hap ax2.
To use it I have Starlink ethernet adapter and routed cable from starlink router to my hap ax2
So I'm trying to understand what is the simplest way to connect all of this things?
For now I see one simple way:
In case I've got power outage, I'll manually power starlink, unplug ethernet cable which goes to hex from ax2, and plug ethernet cable from starlink into hap ax2 into same port which is hex S was plugged.
No configuration changes, just plug / unplug and everything should work. I understand that in case of power outage I need to power not only starlink but also hap ax2, but this is acceptable.
And yes, no internet for TV, but it's also ok as w/o electricity I'll not watch TV

But maybe there is some way to do this better? More convenient?
Thank you!
