We have a network setup comprising 20 Mikrotik switches, all of them running on SWoS except Core one . one of the switches, running SWoS version 2.13, has encountered an intermittent problem with its SFP port. This specific SFP port periodically ceases to transmit and receive packets, resulting in a loss of connectivity. The issue occurs sporadically, with the port functioning correctly for variable durations ranging from 2 hours to as long as 14 hours before the problem resurfaces.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

Verified stable power supply at our site.
Ensured physical connections between the SFP module and the switch are secure.
Attempted to disable and re-enable the affected port on both ends but without success.
Monitored RX and TX power, which showed activity despite no packet transmission during the issue. The SFP port indicator continues blinking during the downtime.

We have exhausted our initial troubleshooting steps and are seeking guidance on resolving this issue. We would appreciate any specific recommendations, firmware updates, or additional troubleshooting steps that could help diagnose and rectify the intermittent SFP port connectivity problem.
