Hi,

about half a year ago we bought two "wAP LR8 kits" to serve as LoRaWAN gateways in a little PoC project. Both devices have been working flawlessly so far, but yesterday one of the gateways seem to have suddenly dropped dead after reconnecting it to a different desktop 1GB switch. After power-up only the orange LED on the ethernet port and the green Wifi indicator LED are flashing rapidly (see photo below). Both devices are powered using the passive PoE split cable. We also tried to power the non-responsive wAP directly with the 24V power supply but that didn't help. As a last resort we tried to restore the firmware using a TFTP-Server (192.168.88.10), but the wAP doesn't even show up on the server's ethernet port (no link, no traffic on tcpdump).

Any idea how to revive the gateway or do I need to file an RMA?
