RB2011 CAPsMAN2

Tue Dec 19, 2023 1:25 pm

Hi,
My hardware is RB2011,hapac2, capac.
Did someone migrate it to CAPsMAN2.
I tried to do rb2011 as capsman for wifiwave2 on 7.13
set ca-certificate=none enabled=yes interfaces=all package-path="" require-peer-certificate=no upgrade-policy=none
and hap ac2 as cap with new driver but it can't find capsman.
I wonder if is possible on such configuration

On similar network but with rb3011 and hap ax2 such configuration works.

capsman for wave2/wifi is configured under /interface/wifi/ on RB2011 ... did you do it? The /capsman subtree is for legacy capsman.

Hi,
Missing certs for capsman was the problem even if not used
/interface/wifi/capsman/print
;;; failed to create certificate: CA not found (4)
                   enabled: yes
                interfaces: all
            ca-certificate: none
  require-peer-certificate: no
              package-path:
            upgrade-policy: none
Now when I created certs i have all CAPs under Remote CAP
;;; failed to create certificate: CA not found (4)
                   enabled: yes
                interfaces: all
  require-peer-certificate: no
              package-path:
            upgrade-policy: none
  generated-ca-certificate: WiFi-CAPsMAN-CA-
     generated-certificate: WiFi-CAPsMAN-
