Soldering fan to CRS305-1G-4S+IN

Board have two spots for for fan header, i didn't do any measurements, but is it possible to solder fan there?
If yes, will there be any control over it?

Measure it. AFAIK if they don't already show up in ROS health at best you'll get 12V to spin the fan at max with no control and speed reading. But seeing the lot of missing components left of fan connectors there might not even be 12V to power them.

Any success with that and are those headers powered?
I'm looking to do something similar but just to cool a 10G copper SPF+ transceiver
