Two things:

1. you really should do speed testing using wired machine. Screenshots indicate that you're using a wifi device (smart phone?) and wifi connection is prone to interference and thus degraded speeds
2. while doing speed test, observe CPU load on RB750Gr3 (run CPU profile) to see if CPU performance is bottleneck

CPU goes to 35 to50 percent this speed test is from client side

why not? I do the same.... I connect with my phone to router thorough wifi but I do Bandwidth test from router to router. Not from phone to router...

I use cloud address in mikrotik app

You have disabled fasttrack, and also have an over complicated mangle setup.

Try enabling fast track, and disabling the mangle rules.

If I active fasttrack my Whatsapp call stop working because it Whatsapp call is working with wireguard
