Pls help,

I have new clients and i can't add them, b-cos of this problem. What should i do i avoid reinstalling? in fact, re-installing is suicidal. and if that is the only option, would the problem not persist if i restore the backup?

I think that only solution is to reimport user manager database or even reinstall router.

Thanks!

I reinstalled the router but lost all in the database because reimporting the database still give the same error, meaning that the database was already corrupt before the last backup.

Thanks once again!

I suffered that problem a couple of times using versions prior to 3.22.

Contact Mikrotik support attaching a supout file, explain the problem and they may will recover your database. Then import again using a recent Usermanager (3.22 and up).

I detected this happened when a <3.22 UserManager was improperly powered off. Now, as long as it seems to be solved I am still afraid it could happen again, so I mantain a daily backup sent to a GMail account (>2.7GB storage) using my own SMTP server. Every some random weeks, I restore the last backup, and see if it works and then i delete the backups older than a week.
