Why does my mikrotik autoupgrade?
/system/routerboard/settings> print
auto-upgrade: no
Thank you very much, I did not know it.That setting will automatically tell the Mikrotik device to upgrade the Routerboard firmware. All you have to do is to reboot the device once the OS has been updated in order for the firmware upgrade to be completed. If you have that set to no, then you have to login, go to routerboard settings, then tell it to upgrade and, when done, reboot the router. So it really only saves you a couple of clicks. It does NOT auto upgrade the OS whenever there is a new release.
