Need help to figure out : Guest network setup on Miktorik WifiWave2 or Capsman2
in older version of Capsman, things were simple and everything just worked. now in new version of Capsman / Wifiwave2, I'm struggling to make things work. the main wifi network works fine. I'm having trouble getting the guest network to work as expected (Isolated). went through lots of online pages, still can't get it going.

(In Old Capsman) I used to create datapaths and assigned them to configuration. that gives me ability to split guest network with it's own DHCP and enable "Client Isolation". all from main router (Capsman)

My Caps have been reset to Capsman (Default).

when I connect to guest wifi, it's ignoring the datapath setup and I end up on the admin network.

if anyone got this to work, please provide some info.

yes, I tried this one too.
so I'm assuming I'll need to have Vlans to isolate the guest network?
in my case 14x CAP AX are connected to POE Mikrotik switch, and the router connects to the same switch.
I should be creating the same Vlans on the Switch? or I can treat the switch as a dummy switch?

You don't have to use vlan's but it's the best approach.
Your switch obviously needs to be vlan aware (trunk ports to cap AX).
