i was wondering, is there a possibility to downgrade a firmware? in my example i would like to downgrade from 7.14 to 6.49. i tried the same procedure as upgrading (uploading the nbk file, reboot) but it did not work. is it possible? if yes how?

Yep, you can downgrade firmware, but it can be tricky. Make sure you have the right file.

Yet you can not go lower then factory version.
Sometimes it's even impossible (e.g. on AX devices, forget about ROS6).
