hEX (RB750Gr3) Watchdog Reboot

Fri May 24, 2024 1:39 am

Hi have a hEX (RB750Gr3), one of several, that sometimes/often reboots due to watchdog timeout. There is no watchdog address set so I guess the reboot is because of a system crash. The router is moderately (cpu) loaded and runs with plentry of ram spare. The only difference between this router and the others is that its running an IPSEC tunnel. No supout is generated even though the box is ticked. Is it known that there is insatability around IPSEC?

What to do?

Thanks

Is the autosupout.rif file automatically created? You need to send it to support@mikrotik.com

Hi. No it isnt. Is it possible its not putting it on the flash (and keeping it in RAM then rebooting)? Can I choose where the file goes (to usb for example) - I cant find any setting on where to save the file?

Try, after the next such reboot with error, create a supout manually and send it to support
