I would like to rackmount 2 x CRS310-8G+2S+IN . But I have lost the original rackmount ears.

Would 1 kit of RMK-2/10 have enough for me to rackmount 2 x of CRS310?

Bought a set to find out.

Comes with 2 joining brackets and 4 screws.

To join two routers you will definitely 2 small side brackets. and 8 screws from your existing sets of brackets
