Hey Mikrotik Fam, Richard here running a small isp with about 300+ pppoe Clients.

Hardware
1.CCR1036 8G 2s+ Running on R.OS V7.15.2
2.Vsol Olt
3.Huawei 5608T

Issue
Of late I have been having random issues of client routers with devices connected to the router but without internet. To the point that the same clients have to restart their routers for the pppoe sessions to re-initialize.

At first I suspected the Huawei Onus and once replaced the clients were happy. Same router relocated to a different location works well.

So here's my question.
Has anyone noticed something similar or is it a bug on R.OS v7?

Sorry, this isn't an answer, but the following may be worthwhile looking at.

The following video shows a (fairly long) presentation on setting up something maybe similar (also on a 1036) using dhcp.
