CCR1036-8G-2S+ single AC

Hi

anybody encounter just like my friends CCR1036-8g-2s+ single ac.. the issue is only 1 Fan Spins...even we switch it pin 3 or 4.., 2 or 3... 1or 3...change new ones...oNly
1 turns on...it cant turn both fans,,,any solution or enclounter like these ? thanks

What does the Device say under :
/system/health/print

except for the fan...all of the other values seems okay...
what i did is set auto
main main = still same
main aux = still same
main aux = still same
manual = aux aux = still same
manual = main main = still same..
cpu temp = 50
etc seems normal....just the other fan...doesnt turn on....

Single fan is the expected behavior for older 1036. Header for normal use is JP132 ( JP133 ). In case of failure header for backup fan is JP134 ( JP135 ) which is activated to ensure cooling and uninterrupted operation. If the secondary fan doesn't come on when you change the mode there might be an issue with your router. Don't attempt changes to run both fans simultaneously as it can damage your device.
