I use Dude version 4.0.3 beta under Windows.
Due to the fact that I monitor 2 different organizations, I have to connect to servers with different IP addresses (for example 192.168.1.180 and 192.188.2.180).
How can I make a shortcut or bat file to launch the client part of Dude with different server addresses?

turn off auto-connect at startup in Preferences.
Add as many as you want dude servers to servers list. select one and connect to it.
IMHO Dude.exe has no command line options.
