Netwatch Error

Tue Aug 17, 2004 4:06 pm

I had a netwatch setup to run a script to email me when a link went down. I removed the script because we changed the network layout. I forgot about the Netwatch. I then got errors in the log file saying the script does not exist. So I removed the Netwatch for that IP and I still get the log file errors.

I am running 2.8.12 and have tried rebooting and using the terminal to view the netwatchs. This is a main router so I can not take it down to upgrade it yet. Is there a way to clear the Netwatch even though it says it is not there?

Please make a supout file and send it to support@mikrotik.com with your explanation above.

After checking the supout file, we found:

There is no script "BackHaulLinkTest", so this looks like the problem.
To fix, disable or remove this scheduler entry

------------
supout file shows only the following script error in logs:

jan/08/2000 16:19:55 script error: no such command or directory
(BackHaulLinkTest)

and export contains the following scheduler entry:

/ system scheduler
add name="schedule1" on-event=BackHaulLinkTest start-date=jan/01/1970 \
start-time=00:00:00 interval=5s comment="" disabled=no
