Metarouter on RB9xx/hAP - is this possible?

I can't run metarouter on RB941-2nD-TC(hAP lite), I am assuming that it is not enough memory(total=32mb).
whether the model RB952Ui-5ac2nD(hAP ac lite), RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT(hAP ac) and RB951Ui-2nD(hAP) ability to run metarouter?

RB900 series except models with SPI flash
Is the statement "models with SPI flash" equivalent to the statement "model with Storage type = FLASH" ? Or not?
