On my CHR I have ether2 (eth1) receiving traffic and ether3 (eth2) transmitting traffic. A single IRQ is seems to always be used on ether3 and therefore all traffic hits the same CPU for transmit traffic. See IRQ 65 below. On my ESXI VM I am seeing the particular CPU hit 70%+ utilization because of this. Is this normal?
