mynetname.net is sometimes can't be reached

Mon Oct 18, 2021 7:16 pm

Sorry if this has been posted before, I have been using IP Cloud mynetname.net for about a year now without any problem. but recently especially after the incident of mynetname down which now is working again at 2021-09-07T15:37:37Z. my domain is having some weird issues, sometimes it can be opened fine but sometimes it keep return page 404 or site can't be reached

in case you want to test it, here is the sample link that use for my domain mynetname to my server pc :
http://8eea088b9ff9.sn.mynetname.net:55 ... nload.html <-- this is sometimes return page 404 or site can't be reached

but if I call the IP Address instead of using mynetname, it's always working :
http://110.232.83.254:5581/app/download ... nload.html

why is this happening? Do I need to update some setting on Winbox?
sorry for the lack of information. I'm still very beginner at using Winbox. if you somehow need more information can you also teach me where to find that so I can screenshot it to this forum

any help is appreciated, thanks in advanced

Answer 1: Resolving DNS
I didn't have any problem today resolving your mynetname.net domain...

Answer 2: is Port 5581 really opened ?
I wasn't able to see an opened port....

Question 1: do you really need so many Ports opened ?
like DNS or mikrotik Bandwith-Server ?
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

sorry, forgot to mention that my server will be shutdown at around 9 PM (GMT +7) and will turn on again at 8 AM (GMT +7), I think that's why you might think 5581 is not opened.

as for the opened ports, I'm not sure how to answer that with my little knowledge, it just at that time I want to avoid conflict port for forwarding so I can remotely access the server, and I actually use a lot of port not only for opening a site, CCTV, database and other media too, so yeah it has many ports opened.
