After a recent power failure, the IP Cloud no longer updates, the status stuck on 'updating'.
Device : Audience with RouterOS v6.48.5
I tried disabling and enabling IP Cloud service with the force update option, with no positive effect. Firewall rules have not changed since the power failure and viewing connection tracking I can confirm the router has been able to connect to the Mikrotik cloud server, I've attached a screenshot of the connection.
However, do you think an IKEv2 Dynamic IP address on the same interface could be the problem? The device is connected as a client to an AWS IKEv2 server, but from the connection tracking, the IP address used for the IP Cloud update attempts, is the public address from the ISP and not the AWS IKEv2 address.
