Guidance on logging traffic over a long period

Sun Dec 05, 2021 8:56 pm

I've recently replaced an old Draytek with a RB4011iGS - working very well. But on the old Draytek, I was able to get some stats/graphs about throughout throughout the week. There isn't anything AFAIK out of the box on RouterOS so how would you go about tackling this requirement? I'm going to guess that I need to log some event/information to a log and then write something to analyse it? No problem with coding/Excel etc but not sure how to tackle getting the data logged in the first place.

Although... there maybe something out of the box. Just found Tools, Graphing!!

Did you check on "Graphs", available from login page (before entering userbame and password) of WebUI? Or as "Graphs" menu item on the left side after logging in. There are a few things to configure under "Tools -> Graphing" ...
