As you know companies are still trying to let their employees to work from home.

We use Avaya IP phone at our office. My manager is asking me if there is a way to give Avaya IP phone to each user to work from home. We are running on tight budget.
Someone advise me to buy Mikrotik VPN and configure it as VPN L2tp with the CISCO VPN at our office. Someone else says L2tp is not sure and suggest using IKEv2/IPSec instead.

Please advise me which Mikrotik shall I buy and how to do the VPN configuration from each side please.
