We have a Mikrotik router in the office on RouterOS 6.49 (stable)
I have only ever worked with Sonicwall and ASA devices and I'm quite confused as to how to whitelist addresses.

The reason:
We have Polycom VoIP devices that aren't communication properly and cutting out. Their support mentioned needing to whitelist Addresses and ports. So I don't need to use the firewall currently to block anything, but their support won't help us further until we've confirmed the addresses have been whitelisted. Is there a step by step guide I'm missing somewhere?
