i bought mikrotik cAP XL ac router i put it on it other routers configuration from another mikrotik cAP XL ac router and after that i cant connect to it in winbox and i cant reset it
does someone know whats wrong?

Really weird. If you can't access by MAC using Winbox and connected directly, the only way is recover the device using Netinstall without the option "keep user configuration".

Although the capacXL uses RoS its really meant to be used as an access point.
However with RoS it should be as easily configurable as any Router specific model.

Suggest, next time you gain access to the capacxl you configure ether2, or a virtual wlan to be off the bridge so that you can access the device regardless of what is going in bridge settings.
Also use Safe mode generously.

I could imagine that the configuration you have cloned had a protected routerboot.
Did you use /system backup save and /system backup load?
How exactly do you try to reset it?
