I recently got a RB260GS. I am following the instructions for how to connect to the switch and while its visible in winbox64 it always fails to connect. I have tried numerous times now to reset the switch to factory settings but that hasn't resolved anything. I have also notice that the switch's ACT light is permanently on so when I try to perform a factory reset it never blinks after that first one or two seconds when power is first applied. Any help would be appreciated.
