Hi,

I've just installed a CRS312-4C+8XG-RM and I am trying to configure it with VLANs so that it uses the h/w offloading on all the ports. Current RouterOS version is 6.49.5.

I have followed the guide to do this on https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Switch_Router. Everything was going okay until I got to the part where you add each port to the VLAN table. From a RouterOS terminal window I try to enter
/interface ethernet switch vlan
but I get: If I type "?" to see a list of options, the 'vlan' does not appear in the list.

Any help appreciated why I can't see the vlan option in the list please.

If it makes a difference, currently the MikroTik is set to "Bridge" mode and not "Router" mode. Do I need to change this?
Do I need to upgrade the OS to 7.xx maybe?
