Pushing routes to L2TP client from Radius - possible?

Thu Mar 24, 2022 6:13 pm

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to push static routes to l2tp clients connecting to Mikrotik server (RADIUS is used). I know in this case separate dhcp server is used and we have almost no control of it. At least there's no way to specify dhcp options.

According to https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:R ... Attributes, I can pass these options from RADIUS server
MIKROTIK_DHCP_OPTION_PARAM_STR1
MIKROTIK_DHCP_OPTION_PARAM_STR2

I want to add add classless routes (option code 121). I have configured these attributes on RADIUS and see that they are accepted by Mikrotik
Here's what I see in radius debug log on MT:
MT-DHCP-Option-Param-Str1 = "121"
MT-DHCP-Option-Param-Str2 = "0x00C0A850010F0A64C0A85001"

Unfortunately these attributes are not documented at all - I have no idea how to pass option 121 and it's value.

Can someone shed some light on it?

P.S. At least I know that Framed-IP-Address specified on RADIUS server is accepted by MT and specified IP is assigned.
