Just got my new CRS310 router/switch today and I got it online and then performed an upgrade to the latest OS as per SOP.
Something must of went awry because it never came back online. I have tried reseting to default, as well as, booting to Netinstall to no avail.
Every time I try and connect using either Netinstall or Winbox - the ETH0/POE port just bounces off and on.
Is this thing bricked?

(note: I have the CRS305 and have never had an issue, I was upgrading to the 310 for the added ports)
