You have to add a static DNS entry.
Is your router the (only) DNS server for the clients?

Adding is really simple:
https://linux-sys-adm.com/how-to-make-s ... -mikrotik/

But...if clients are (also) using public DNS servers (instead of only using the MikroTik as only DNS server) you won't be able to solve it centrally.
Only other option is to add DNS entries on all clients manually (nope...you have to Google that yourself ;-) )

The requirements/request is not clear to me.
You have software you run on your network behind the MT router?
It needs to be accessible to users coming from the internet?
It needs to be accessible to users also behind the router?

To reach the server from external sources Yes, you can
a. assign a dyndns name to your public IP connection OR
b. use the MT cloud name

Users coming from the outside would use URL:port# to access your server.
You would need to port forward that port to the webserver.

why do not use diretly http://192.168.88.11:8081 ?
if are all windows pc, simply modify hosts file (-> google) and add

farmcontrol.local 192.168.88.11

or simply again change the name of the machine with farmcontrol (-> google) and change default suffix to local (-> google) without the point

and on various pc you can open http://farmcontrol.local:8081
