i want to ask about recomended solution to my mikrotik
i have 2 isp , its will be distribute to servers and client in one building

is just only to have one mikrotik or must have 2 mikrotik for each ISP ?

Only one, RB5009 if available otherwise RB4011 wired only.

What are the network requirements ?
RB5009 is a good choice.. but there are other routers too https://mikrotik.com/products/group/ethernet-routers

One is enough, but in a more advanced scenrario, e.g. VRRP you could use two as well...

I dont think someone who is asking a basic question is getting into an HA scenario............. Dont cloud the issue..........
