Hi Mikrotik Team,
I need help I created a chr from esxi v7 instance what should I put cpu and ram to maximize and stabilize the 10G and 40G backhaul connection.
This is the Mikrotik forum NOT the official support page. https://mikrotik.com/supportHi Mikrotik Team,
Depends on the host resource's availability. For example, I have an ESXi host with a Ryzen 2700X CPU, 64GB 3200MHz CL14 RAM, 1Gb NIC x1, 2.5Gb NIC x1, and 10Gb NIC x4.I need help I created a chr from esxi v7 instance what should I put cpu and ram to maximize and stabilize the 10G
How about this Sir "Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 5222 64CPU @ 3.80GHz, 64RAM, 10GB NIC X2, 40G NIC X2" how can I maximize this setup now because I created the chr instance 16cpu and 24ram but its traffic is only 2.4-2.5g, it doesn't reach 5g or more@vincentcuencoThis is the Mikrotik forum NOT the official support page. https://mikrotik.com/supportHi Mikrotik Team,

CHR VM
2 Cores/2 Threads/3.7 GHz CPU, 6GB RAM, 10Gb NIC x1. under full load CPU utilization is around 35%, never experienced any issues whatsoever.
How did you test the throughput?chr instance 16cpu and 24ram but its traffic is only 2.4-2.5g, it doesn't reach 5g or more
nothing but before I routed the traffic at 5g up but the one I transferred to CHR was only at 2.4G it was done when I did the speedtest I only got low@vincentcuencoHow did you test the throughput?chr instance 16cpu and 24ram but its traffic is only 2.4-2.5g, it doesn't reach 5g or more
