HI!
It's nice to be here. I have such a question , and very kindly ask for detailed explain. I have a router Mikrotik with public IP , lets say 5.5.5.5. As web developer I was told to install Moodle education cms. And.. This installed must be accesable from local net and from internet. It should be one url. I did it on the Ubuntu in local network. Moodle has one feature. It has config file where store one access url and any other url which tries to access moodle will be rejected. I forwarded port 8080 so that from internet I can reach my moodle by address http://5.5.5.5:8080/moodle and this url is written in config file. But. From Localhost I have direct path to site http://localhost/moodle and it's not working. Just shows error. If I change config file I have access from local network but loose from network. So i want to know how can I access public IP wih port 8080 - 5.5.5.5:8080 from local network ip such as 192.168.0.122 ? This router is dhcp server for all local computers.
Thank you all who'll answer.
