I have searched on the forum about a real solution of blocking IP scanners on LAN network (aka Fing, Angry IP scanner etc.) and I haven't seen anything. Any of you guys have succeed with a solution?

You do not specify what hardware you have (and RouterOS version)

on LAN? you can not do anything if you do not install one, or more (depend on LAN devices number), core router with every device connected with dedicated port,
and drop all traffic between single LAN devices....

if the routerboard act only as router, with all other devices "coming" here just to go out on internet, you can not do any...

The model is RB750 Gr3 with 6.49.6 firmware. It is acting as a single router everything come to one port. So there is nothing can be done to drop the packets from the scanner?

Not. If your coputers and other devices are connected with other switch and acces point, router can nont do any.
Can block only what is passing through....
