When you upgrade the RB2011 from v6 to v7 it will try to convert the configuration, and depending on what functionality you are using that may be a complete conversion or it may leave some omissions and problems.
(e.g. "routing filter" is not converted correctly. an attempt is made but it usually requires manual work)
Once you have done this upgrade and possibly refined it, you can then use the /export as input for your RB5009 configuration.
But, as others already wrote, it is not realistic to just import it. There will be many subtle problems and the import will halt on even the most trivial things.
It depends a lot on what you had running on your RB2011 what is the best path for you.
Usually, it is best to just /export the config and keep it open in a text editor, reset the new device to defaults, and manually configure it from scratch with the /export as a guideline.
There may be some things that you may want to cut and paste, e.g. some address list or other plain and repetitive list like WiFi MAC access list, but in general it is not a good idea to copy more complicated config like a firewall, especially when you have built it over a long historic period.
Better to do some things new, starting from current defaults, and omitting things you in the past thought were a good idea.
