MikroTik Groove A-52HPn - how to change TX power?

Tue Jun 21, 2022 3:20 pm

Hello

How to change tx power on Groove A-52HPn?

In specyfication it has 27dBm but i can't set even 20dBm as You can see on attached pictures.

I had few of Groove before and there was no problem to set for example 20dBm. And then it was been visible on current tx power list.

Can anybody help with this issue?

Carefully study the wifi rules and device specifications.
At 27 dBm, the device can operate stably at 6 mbps.
To enable higher power, set the frequency mode to super channel

Thanks for suggestion. I did some test with superchanel before and now after You did mension about that.

Nothing happened, still same page with current tx power and same values (like on picture above)

Btw. i'm not looking for highest power (27)

Finded in spec "27dBm @ 6Mbps to 24Bm @ 54 Mbps"

I just need to try with 20dbm

Run the command
 int wirel exp v
and show the result here.
Usually problems with power limitation were removed by the netinstall
