Can I change the cooling type ? from passive to active ?

Are you a hobbyist? Then you can fix some external fan to blow air along the cooler and use some plug-type supply to power it.
Are you a professional? Then get a CCR2004-16G-2S+ instead and save this one for another job or as a hot spare.
