poe ports in mikrotik router 951ui

So what type of poe i have to put in the router ports in order to work, i have a poe switch and i plug the eth1 on the switch but the router didn't booting.
Also i notice that in eth5 the port is a poe but also i didnt know how can i get benefit from this port, so anyone know what this ports is..? And how we can use it..?

The device has a POE in and a POE out port...
What exactly is the question ?

There are multiple types of PoE, many Mikrotik devices do not accept the "standard" (802.3af/at) PoE and use a so-called "passive" PoE instead. That might explain why your device doesn't start if its PoE-in port is connected to a PoE switch providing the "standard" PoE. So you need to connect it to a Passive POE injector or to a PoE-out port of a compatible device.

The PoE-out at ether5 can be used to power another equipment that supports "passive" PoE - one from Mikrotik or another vendor supporting it. Or you can use it to control e.g. a relay.
