All routers and models in the world that have the admin tools not exposed on Internet are safe from that type of attack (also from near 95% of other type...)
On default settings RouterOS do not allow any from Internet.
Obviously if you are talking about old router with old software never patched, affected from other vulnerability, is all already know and another topic & related discussion is perfectly futile.
But all this old software versions, just with well configured firewall, stil safe against all know affected vulnerabilities on old software...
And also the new router, if the owner is so idiot to clean default configuration, leave winbox & web open on the rest of the world,
there is not a vulnerability on the software, but is the ignorance of the owner the problem...
