link with CubePRO = MCS1 and packetloss

Mon Jun 27, 2022 11:58 am

Description:
Short link built on 2x CubePRO. Distance 235 meters, free line of sight. RouterOS 7.3.1 on both sides

Problem:
After some time (hours), the MCS drops from 10 to 1 and start packetloss. The MCS will remain at 1. It will mostly not return to the original MCS

What was tested:
Other ROS versions: 7.2.3 and 7.3.1
various channels: 58320, 64800, 66960 Mhz

None of this helps, the MCS mostly will not return to original value until the w60G interface is turned off / on.

Ticket: SUP-85269

With 6.49.6 ?
Does it hold even under load? Have you tried a permanent BW test?

Downgrade do latest ROS6 (6.49.6) did not help. After some time is MCS1 on link. Disable/enable 60G radio a MCS is 9

This problem is on 3 links on different locations. Always CubePRO - CubePRO

Confirmed to be a RouterOS bug in CubePRO. After changing to CubeG (same channel and location) MCS8 holds it steady

I just installed new pair of Cube Pro in one my location which cable is not an option to lay down so we install new pair of 60ay and we did not experience MCS dropping.
