Assign IPv6 pool to router from SXT

Fri Jul 22, 2022 6:28 pm

I have an SXT R (firmware v7.4) with a Quectel EP06-A modem. I have an ASUS RT-AC68U plugged into ether1 that I use as my main router, running FreshTomato firmware. I'm in Canada on Rogers.

I recently reset the SXT to default configuration. From there, if I open the APN settings and set the IPv6 Interface to "bridge" I get an IPv6 address on the router, but no other devices connected to the router get an IPv6 address.

RouterOS doesn't allow to you to use LTE passthrough with IPv6 enabled, so I can't use that (otherwise I would).

Rogers does provide a /64 prefix via neighbor discovery. Is there a way to assign that prefix (or part of it) to the router to use? If I create a DCHPv6 Server, I need to specify a pool. But the /64 prefix that comes from ND doesn't show up as a pool I can use with a DHCP Server.
